Stage of Conference Configuration June 25th  
    Book an Amphi (or put an option)
    Define the size of the event
    Define the budget
    Site Pages on the local event
Presentations stage Between july 15th and september 15th  
    Elaborate the event program
    Urgency list : Keep a list of presentation to maintain risk  
Registration stage From August 15th to the last moment...  
    Lauching communication
Other dates If you cannot define your program rapidly, you can process like that:  
  - Give a temporary program with macros items at jully 30th
  - Write your final program near September 15th
